Online Classes

During these ‘Corona times’, with lockdowns, travel restrictions and many cancelled trainings, I started to offer classes online to still be able to be in service and share the practices with people from all over the world in this time where we need it the most!
I am mainly offering private classes, where I tailor make a program for your specific needs. The classes are usually a combination of meditation, mindfulness, pranayama (breath exercises) and asanas (yoga postures) with an 1 hour duration.
